Please note the software link will only work when the system is active, not the inverter just plugged in which I don't think is made clear in the manufacturers instructions. I have installed a new fan (see pic) as the original one was a little noisy when I had the inverter on test the other day on a 500 watt solar panel array. I have also installed and used the software on a windows 7 laptop. I have put on a disc with what software I have with this, but the Soladin 600 wizard software is available to download for free and the pc link cable is installed automatically when plugged into a pc with windows 8 operating system. Includes mounting bracket, the original master volt PC link rs232 which I purchased a USB adapter for (see pics), instruction manual plus manuals on how to install the software on a laptop and make adjustments.
